We know you've been losing sleep waiting for our update—well, wait no more. We got it! Installing a web extension is a tedious and not straightforward process, moreover being locked to the Redfin website is not ideal either. We've listened to your feedback and are thrilled to announce REI Lense for Web:
It is a blazingly fast and convenient way to analyze a property, mobile-friendly, detailed, and works anywhere with a browser and the Internet. One of the unique features is that you can paste the Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com URL directly to the search field and it will be able to process it and analyze the property for you. Just enter an address and see the analysis:
We added a few unique additions, image preview, link to view on Zillow, quick summary and the most desired comparable properties list with interactive map and a table for easier analysis, everything in one analysis:

Rental Anaysis Demystified 🪄
Rental income is usually the primary income stream of a real estate investment property and we were very opaque about this number. Now, you can understand the estimate better, see comparables to the target property, and even share the analysis report with others.
You can open this report any time using your web browser extension and check on traditional long-term (LTR) and short-term (Airbnb, STR) comparable properties (comps). For every comp you can see:
- estimated monthly rent
- location on the map
- distance to the target property
- type, size, and configuration of the property
- open details if available (e.g. Airbnb listing page)The primary investment stats are also shown, and let us know if we missed something, we are happy to add more!
